“Our room was clean ,modern and inviting the bed very comfortable room perfect ..the bar was cosy staff efficient and very friendly drink ,a good selection and cocktails lovely and reasonably priced ..the breakfast was great ! A good variety and fresh ,the staff were very attentive and welcoming ...the weather was wet and cool so the staff lit fire in the drawing room and reception it was such a lovely touch ...I would highly recommend going to this hotel ..I will definitely be back ”

“Nice hotel over the bar. There was live music the night we stayed but it wasn’t so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Lots of locals in the bar watching the band. Very enjoyable stay!”

“The Edwardian experience like no other! Excellent breakfast, cooked for you from the menu. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hospitality tray.
Room needed re wall papering and the shower was just warm enough but the water from the basin tap was very hot. Petrol station across the road with shop. Great pub across the road and walking distance to town. ”
