"Fabulous location, walking distance to beach, golf club and town shops and restaurants. Kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking (no oven trays etc). 1 shower in 3 didn’t work. Great layout and space"

"We enjoyed our overnight stay here. View from the room was breathtaking and beds were very comfortable . The only downside was the in-bath shower which was difficult to get in and out of and it had very little power. Breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Woodhill House is a charming old manor house in a lovely little town. The room was spacious and clean and the area was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, though they only start serving at 8:30am so plan accordingly. John was a very welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Woodhill House if you are in the Ardara area."

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable- genuinely above and beyond.The property is beautifully quiet and peaceful, with lovely surroundings that make it easy to completely switch off. " This is one of those wonderful hotels which exude comfort. The reception area has many deep-padded settees & armchairs which show that the hotel prioritises the comfort of its clients above all else. This is replicated throughout the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful & cheerful. And, the hotel is in an exceptional location for visitors to enjoy the scenery around Mount Errigal, Glenveagh Castle & National Park, and the spectacular coastal views of the Gaeltacht region of Donegal. I shall certainly be returning later in the year!! "
