Welcome to The Stables On Baxter: a 140+ yr old converted horse livery & grocery store. Stable #2 is bright and fun with games, unique features and is only minutes from Nulu & Downtown! The Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor is a 1/2 blk away. The shared courtyard offers our guests mini golf, two grills & fire pits, abundant seating and an umbrellaed table.
**This unit is in a commercial building with Airbnbs & businesses. The neighbordhood is busy and exciting. Noise should be expected.**

Each room is elegantly designed with high-end finishes. Each bedroom has its own TV for privacy. 4 TVs in all throughout the home!
The courtyard is large and open. There is abundant seating around our two gas fire pits and a putting green for those who want to take a swing. If that's not your thing, you can grill and chill sitting at the picnic table featuring a solar-powered umbrella.
This unit minutes away from distilleries, Nulu and Downtown and just steps away from the Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor where you'll find restaurants, shopping and entertainment
