「I loved all of the amenities and access to so much. I disliked that there was not a microwave for use in our room. 」

「They seem to be updating rooms, mine was pristine. Clean hotel all around. 0 signs of mold or bugs as other reviewers have mentioned. Room service was at my door within 15 minutes of ordering. Friendly staff. Great time all around. 」

「The appearance upon arrival was very nice. Walking into the lobby was nice, spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so nice, new and clean. The bathroom was so nice. Bright and clean. It was a great experience start to finish!!!」

「The Brown Hotel is simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in. You feel like you've transported back in time to a classier era. And the fact that it is so elegant and beautiful leaves you fully stunned that it is a rather affordable place to stay. This was my second stay at the Brown and surely not my last. The quality of the room, the food, the drinks, and the location are as good as you can get in Louisville.」

「We were in town for a concert at the KFC Yum Center and the proximity could not have been better. Great, easy parking across the street ($30), good places for food and drink right outside the front door and we walked the 2 minutes to the concert. We did nothing but sleep in the room but the bed was comfortable and everything felt and looked clean. Welcoming staff. Would absolutely stay again. 」
