「The property is tired and needs a refurb, the photos on the website are not a reflection on the actual property, the furniture is different and a poorer condition. The sofa is a bed settee, which is very uncomfortable with metal bars in the sitting areas. The location is great, pool area is fantastic and plenty of sun loungers. However, there are a number of families who let their young children play out at night, the local rule is quiet by 10pm, but there is a lot of noise well past midnight....

「A very secure, well appointed apartment with easy access to the pool (over the road) and marina. Diogo is an excellent host and communicates well. Fully functional air conditioning in all rooms which is a massive plus. Newly installed boiler had a water leak caught in a jug which we had to empty (Diogo aware and awaiting an engineer). Building work being carried out in upstairs flat during the first few days which created some noise in the mornings. They were the only negative points (and won't...
