Great Potential

The Property was located in the hills of Loule. the location was less than 10 minutes away from downtown. the views were breathtaking. he pool was inviting and the outdoor spaces were great. the interior could use a little work. there was a musty smell as if the property was not in se for some time. the shower fixtures were leaky. there were several cracked or loose tiles on the walls, and some of the doors needed to be shaved down so that they closed properly. Overall the property was just what we needed to have a wonderful time in Portugal. With a little work Quinta Tropicana would be a showcase location.
