Welcome to our new luxury property - in the middle of one of the most sought after hills in the Algarve! Able to accommodate up to 7 people, our little secret has a very spacious master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom and a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen - which is open to the living room and dining room - comes with a beautiful range of appliances, fully equipped for meal preparations. The outdoor kitchen also has everything you need to cook - yes, this villa has two kitchens plus a dedicated barbecue area with 2 grills. The villa is located on a hill from where you can see the entire Algarve coast, and even catch a glimpse of one of the best Sunsets that our region can offer. The pool can be heated. There is parking for up to 4 cars. The area of the house is completely fenced which offers maximum privacy. On the front you only see the sea, in all azimuth!



Additional rules and required information



• Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we ask that you give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, let you know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



• Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and that takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-out – 10 am

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.



• We make it possible for all of our guests to increase the number of people in their group when they come to our properties. For this we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



• We are Pet Friendly - you must inform that you are bringing your pet in advance and there is still a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



• Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house accommodates. If more towels or sheets are required, we can provide these at an extra cost upon request.



• We can arrange an airport transfer for you upon prior request.



• For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property)

• We do not supply kitchen condiments, nor cleaning or personal hygiene products.
