Great villa in prime location

We have stopped in Vila Sol for over a decade and just found this villa at short notice. Real oldey worldly feel about the interior but has everything you need. The grounds are a decent size as is the pool. Will stay here again no problem

As a 2-bed Villa the Property offers amazing outdoor space, with a great pool and surrounding gardens. The inside is a little dated and in need of some general maintenance.

Rustige aangename omgeving. We hadden wel de indruk dat we de eerste gasten vh seizoen waren. ( binnenin hing een beetje muffe , vochtige geur) Het huis had al de voorzieningen die beschreven werden op de site

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in mooie villa. Voor deze omgeving een kleine villa maa ...

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in mooie villa. Voor deze omgeving een kleine villa maar voor 4 personen ruim genoeg. Prachtige grote tuin en zwembad. In de tuin een barbecue en een buitendouche met warm en koud water, heerlijk na het zwemmen. Keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur en wasmachine aanwezig. Inrichting van de villa wat sober maar we hebben het grootste deel van de vakantie buiten doorgebracht. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad en zouden zeker nog een keer terug willen gaan.

Een fantastische villa met een grote tuin, zowel voorzijde als achterzijde waard ...

Een fantastische villa met een grote tuin, zowel voorzijde als achterzijde waardoor er 100% privacy aanwezig is. Gelegen aan een doodlopende weg waardoor er alleen bestemmingsverkeer voorbij rijdt (2 andere villa's). Het interieur daarentegen liet te wensen over. Als je op de twee zitsbank gaat zitten zijn je knieën ineens op ooghoogte. Zit voor geen meter dus. De twee stoelen die ook dienst kunnen doen als bed vallen uit elkaar als je opstaat of beweegt. Schoonmaak was slechts eenmaal per week ipv 2x. De deken die we gebruikte rook scherp naar urine en is dus niet tussentijds gewassen. De ramen hebben ze waarschijnlijk in april gewassen en sindsdien niet meer. Afzuigkap werkte niet, waterkoker haperde, oven tijdschakelaar deed het niet (verbrandde pizza's), water loopt onder de douchebak door, afsluiters van wasbak krijg je niet open, servies en glaswerk niet volledig. (2 bierglazen, 2 wijnglazen enz) Deze gebreken hebben we doorgegeven aan Belvilla in de hoop dat er iets mee wordt gedaan. Mocht dit zo zijn zullen we zeker eens terug willen.

We verbleven hier met ons gezin (2 jongens van 14 en 12 jaar) een week in april\ ...

We verbleven hier met ons gezin (2 jongens van 14 en 12 jaar) een week in april\/mei 2014. De villa en vooral de mooi aangelegde tuin hebben ons aangenaam verrast. Ook het zwembad is erg fraai en we hebben hier een heerlijke week doorgebracht, mede door het heerlijke weer (zon en 25 graden). De villa heeft een woonkamer met open keuken en 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Beide kamers hebben airco, al werkt deze maar heel kort (energiebesparing). Kort na aankomst werd ons zwembad keurig schoongemaakt door een pool-man. Ook was er om de 2 dagen schoonmaak. De keuken heeft een magnetron en vaatwasser. In het schuurtje buiten staat een een wasmachine. We hebben voor 40 euro per week Wifi genomen. De WIFI-ontvangst was prima en snel. Deze villa is een echte aanrader!

Na de sleutel te hebben opgehaald, werden we naar het huis gebracht. Voor en ach ...

Na de sleutel te hebben opgehaald, werden we naar het huis gebracht. Voor en achter het huis een ruime tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. In het huis kan men thuis eten echter daar komt weinig van terecht als je zo dicht bij de haven van Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo en overige restaurants zit. Verder is het huis heerlijk. Goede slaapplaatsen, prima badkamer, huis wordt vaak schoongemaakt en verder is het de bedoeling dat je veel buiten bent en dan is het helemaal heerlijk. Dus conclusie, niets anders dan lof over dit huis wat overal dichtbij ligt en qua prijs \/ kwaliteit verhouding naar onze mening een topper is.

We hebben een hele fijne herfstvakantieweek doorgebracht in het huisje. Toen we aankwamen, wisten we niet wat we zagen. Een poort naar een oprit, een lieflijk witgestuct huisje met dakterras en om het compleet te maken een mooi zwembad helemaal voor onszelf! Ideaal voor de kinderen (3 en 5 jaar) omdat er een ondiep stuk inzit met een trapje naar het steeds dieper wordende water. Een leuk fonteintje erin waarin gespeeld kan worden en een buitendouche (warm\/koud water).

Fantastisch huis. Elke dag schoonmaaksters, zwembad regelmatige controle. Zalige buitendouche. Villa is alleen klein in vergelijking met de grote huizen in de buurt. Gelegen in "urbanisatie Vila Sol", 's avonds rijdt er bewaking rond. Restaurant en winkel vlakbij. Veel Engelsen. Grote verzorgde goed omheinde tuin, terrassen en zitjes rondom. Ruimte genoeg voor heel kleine kinderen of kinderen die kunnen zwemmen. Zwembad met klein ondiep inloopgedeelte dan trapje naar 70cm. diep ,snel aflopend naar 2.30m. diep.Half september nog heerlijk warm water. Onze eerste keer in de Algarve,allerlei plaatsen,stranden met auto gemakkelijk te bezoeken.
