“De premium kamer was heel ruim en mooi, goed onderhouden en de airco was stil en werkte perfect. Vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging en parking gratis. Zeer goed als uitvalsbasis om de Algarve te verkennen. Centrum Loulé op 5 min stappen.”

“The property is attractive and generally comfortable. Sadly I did see a cockroach in my bathroom, which scared me and stopped me sleeping for a night. I did message a maintenance man who was very friendly and laid some insect powder and emptied the bin the next morning. Also the shower flooded after 2 mins of use so I had to remove the plug whilst I used it and put it back afterwards as I think the cockroach may have come from the drain. The bedframe was broken and the mattress was a bit……

“Nice privately owned hotel, quiet location, nicely kept and good for the price. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast by the pool, whats not to love... Would stay again”

“Our flight was changed last minute, we needed a place to stay for 1 night and the walkin hostel was perfect. We arrived in the evening and left early the next morning, so we didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy the pool or common areas, but our room, the bathroom/showers and shared kitchen were all clean spaces. Quick and easy check-in and checkout. Great for a night’s stay.”

“A wonderful property, a very good location near restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Easy to get to by car or public transport. Staff are very helpful and work hard to see your needs are met. A solid breakfast is offered for 8€ and a fair value. A nice pool area with a bar. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.”

“Great small boutique hotel that was perfect for an overnight in Faro before catching our flight home the next morning. Very nice room, with modern decor and excellent shower and toiletries. Lovely pool and loungers and comfortable lounge. Appreciated the welcome drink and the ability to get snacks and small meals. Very friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfast . Walkable to the airport. We look forward to staying there again.”

“Beautiful property in a wonderful location”

“This was almost a 5 star review - only 1 issue let it down. First the positives: Great location close to the beach and beautiful views from the pool area ( Pool area service very helpful and attentive). Breakfast was excellent - huge choice to cater for everyone and friendly chef preparing omelettes etc to order. Stayed here about 2 years previously - but since then chef and evening menu at the Kamal (casual restaurant) has been completely transformed - food is now exceptionally good. Room had……
