Fishing trip

Very nice accommodations. Stayed four nights while fishing at Sherman Reservoir. Small refrigerator which worked ok. Air conditioning and a small microwave. Would definitely stay again. Liked the private, quiet location.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious room. Communication was great and we had all we needed. The grill was a great thing to have so we could cook a few meals there.

Gem of a place

Great place to stay. Just outside Loup City. Newly built, very clean. Nice and quiet. Hope to stay again when we are in the area.

Great New Place to stay for Sherman Res fun

Very clean, almost new constructuion. Covered porch with lighting made for great gathering and grilling. All rooms have there own circuit to plug boats in outside of the room. So no overloading while charging. Where able to get 3 boats and there trucks backed in. A little tight but doable. We will be staying there in future. Host was very responsive to questions. Very Nice place.

South Loop City Property Was Perfect

We had a perfect stay and everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a table in the room we could play cards at. The little fridge was perfect for our drinks and leftovers.They even have a grill to use if you want. Appreciated the hostess keeping in touch with us from the beginning until our trip was over.
