Lovely hotel in great location.

Very good hotel in quieter part of town. Centrally located with only short walk to main sights and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was a bonus.

Lovely staff and very helpful. The location is very quiet and is at the foot of the mountain. Breakfast is good and lots of variety. It’s only 10mins walk to Lourdes Sanctuary. It’s a lovely walk to the sanctuary by the river. I would recommend this hotel.

The area though about 14 minute slow walk to the Basilica of Lourdes is good for the price of the hotel. The things I didn’t like: the bathroom is not ideal for elderly guests because the partition in the shower is not fixed. You really have to be careful as not to slip and accidentally hold on to the partition. It could break. There are fruit flies landing on the croissants at breakfast. Dinner was good. Buffet but only served pork as the main dish. Vegans or veterarians have options.

L’homme présent à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée dans l’après midi le jeudi 20/11/2025 n’a pas été très agréable, de plus il a fallu plus de 1/2 heure d’attente pour venir en aide à une personne âgée dont la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner avec du pain sans gluten était infecte. Un peu plus de variété de thé serait bienvenu.

Tout d'abord suite à une erreur dans vos questions, je tiens à préciser que le petit déjeuner n'est pas gratuit. Établissement qui aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf et de modernisme.les couloirs sont vieux et sombres. Moquette non hygiénique. Pas d'eau chaude pendant le séjour comprenant 4 nuitées. Douche à l'eau froide. C'est du jamais vu. Aucun geste commercial suite à ce désagrément. Cela reflète que cet hôtel ne mérite plus ses 3 étoiles Stationnement compliqué car peu de places sur le parking. Parking payant à 10 euros la nuit c'est inacceptable.
