「This place has so much potential but there were so many little things that weren't right. The steam room was broken the whole time. We tried to make a reservation for a massage well in advance but received no response. The air conditioner could not be shut off There were no clean bathrobes and towels when we went to the spa the indoor pool and jacuzzi did not look particularly clean the one elevator was broken for part of our stay」

「The spa was nice after a day of hiking. Very easy to get to the waterfalls in the park.」

「This was a very beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful grounds. Parking is extremely limited so reserve in advance to secure a spot in their tiny garage. We did not use the spa services as we were out and about. We had a room with a balcony and a river view and it was perfect.」

「Loved the area, hotel and area. Secluded location within a 2 minute walk to center」

「This hotel is in a spectacular location, especially the view from the pool. It is close to a lot of activities. The food was delicious. The staff were very helpful!」

「Great rooms, quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner was also over the top. The staff was even better than great rooms and fantastic food. Highly recommend this location for multi day relax and recharge.」

No geral é bom.」

「A wonderful stay! Staff was extremely helpful and the grounds were magnificent! Can’t wait to go back.」

「We had a great time, great hosts, incredible cook, and the local Vino Verde was hard to stay away from. A place to come back to!」

「Great view Great food」

「Great hotel with super views.」

Recomendadíssimo a quem for conhecer o Parque dos Geres.」
