“Nice area nice place rooms were ok warm when we turned on heating rooms could do with bit more attention in areas but was ok for what we needed ideal place for couples who want to be in that area”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……

“Owner not forthcoming with information Expect to pay for the electricity you use Toilet has no ventilation, odours will spread throughout the accommodation Make sure you take photos when you leave, so able to provide when accused of breakages Shower door has black mould Cold accommodation, difficult to heat, damp and wet windows ”

“We arrived with the wrong door combination but luckily someone met us and let us in. The Wi-fi wasn't the correct one but no one got back to us. The tv in the living room has a smashed screen (again no answer). The tv in one bedroom was not connected to an aerial or cable and there was no tv in the small bedroom. The was nothing in two of the bedrooms to hang clothes and neither had mirrors. The shower door was broken. The sink in the bathrrom didn't emptying properly. The accomodation was for 5……

“We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend……

“When I arrived after a long drive we couldn’t wait to check in my first notice was the image of where I thought we was staying was actually next door, as we approached the building the front door window had been smashed we then went to check in only to realise we had been given the wrong code to get the key and had to get the help of the guy boarding up the window to help us. Once finally being able to get in I went to make a cup of coffee but all the cups had coffee stains on them all the……
