"The residence is a wonderful vacation spot on the coast of the Irish Sea with beautiful sea views. The home is spotless and fitted out with everything you’d need for your visit. It’s close (10-15 minute drive) to Dundalk and Carlingford and an hour from Dublin and Belfast. "An absolute gem of a hotel. Staff are superb, the grounds are fantastic and the food is amazing. The breakfast is top tier with incredible homemade chutneys and various fruits soaked in delicious syrups along with freshly made hot food. We had dinner at the restaurant - proper, high quality ingredients - genuine quality. It also has an extensive wine selection (definitely not the normal bland wine lists you normally find). The rooms are very comfortable as well. If we return to Carlingford, we will certainly be staying here. Couldn't remember it more if staying in the area."
