Downstairs, the kids will love their own game room with arcade classics, air hockey, and more- plus a very comfortable queen sized futon sofa for seating or sleeping. We even keep bowls and dog beds readily available for your fury friend(s)!

Each bedroom offers its own jungle-inspired theme with plush, luxury bedding to ensure restful nights. Outside, enjoy the expansive wraparound patio with ample seating and a large umbrella to keep you cool and covered.

You've got free access to The Back Nine, about 5 minutes away! Message us in advance to book a tee time — they fill up fast. You'll get a text with a door code and tee time, plus setup instructions (or search "Back Nine set-up tutorial" on YouTube). Please treat the space with respect — damage or disruptive behavior could mean fees or lost access for future guests.

Bedroom 2-
This fun, jungle-themed room features a queen-sized LED bed, smart TV, bean bag chair, blackout curtains, and a large walk-in closet—perfect for kids or the young at heart.

Bedroom 3-
Cozy up in a queen LED bed in this bold and a Full Bunk bed, lion-inspired room. Includes blackout blinds, extra closet storage, and a luxury feel that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Master Bath-
Fully stocked with a large walk-in shower, jack and jill sinks, large walk-in closet, and separate toilet. Hair dryer is also located in the bathroom with luxury soap products (conditioner, shampoo, bath gel).

Bath 2-
Fully stocked with a large bathtub/shower combo. Hair dryer is also located in the bathroom with luxury soap products (conditioner, shampoo, bath gel).


Bath 3-
This bathroom is located on the main floor as a 1/2 bath that comes fully stocked.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with three distinct patio spaces: a welcoming front patio, a main-level wraparound deck for lounging and dining, and a separate grilling patio off the kitchen for effortless al fresco meals. Stroll scenic riverside trails, take a dip in two neighborhood pools, or enjoy a full disc golf course. The backyard is pet-friendly and stocked with outdoor games, and neighborhood parks offer volleyball, soccer, baseball, a playground, and even a zip line—perfect for families and active travelers alike.

KITCHEN:
This chef-inspired kitchen has everything you need and more—high-end appliances, a gas range, and a smart fridge for modern convenience. Start your morning at the fully stocked coffee station, and prep meals with ease using the air fryer, blender, and toaster. With a spacious walk-in pantry, 8-person dining table, 4-person bar top, and a gas grill on the secondary patio, it’s perfect for cooking and entertaining. You`ll find plenty of glassware, silverware, baby-friendly dishes, and a full spice rack—including olive oil—so you can feel right at home.

GENERAL:
High speed wifi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, and cleaning essentials are provided.

FAQ:
This is a 3-story home that will require stairs to access the main floor of the home where the kitchen and living room is located. The futon on the entry-level can be folded into a very comfortable and plush queen sized bed.


PARKING:
We have an oversized 2 car garage with one extended stall for larger trucks and then additional street parking can be found in the circular drive of the cul-de-sack. PLEASE NOTE- parking directly in front of the garage will not be allowed as it may block neighbors from the shared driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking on the premises including patios (additional cleaning fees will be applied). No large events or parties are allowed at our home with our prior consent. The home is monitored with noise monitoring devices that will automatically notify you if you and your guests are over the allowable noise level. This is a family neighborhood in which we request full privacy and respect for our neighbors is required. Any violation can result in additional fees. We encourage a fun and hospitable escape for our guests but please be respectful of all!

ADDITIONAL INFO:
The garage can be accessed via a remote found on the entry coat rack/table and must be placed back. Pool and fitness center keys will also be placed in the same spot. Rekeying/replacing will result in a $75 fee. Thanks!

The entirety of the home can be accessed to all guests. Garage space can be used by guests. Access to the home can be done by keyless entry at the front door, garage remote, and then additional key fobs are provided for entering the community centers and pools.

We can always be reached via the app or by the phone number we provided and may be able to make ourselves in person if something does arise outside of everyone`s control.

The home is located at the entry of the neighborhood for easy access. Plenty of walking trails and pool access in the neighborhood! Parking in the garage or in the cul-de-sac works just don`t block the shared driveway please.
Please no parking in the shared driveway and be respectful of our neighbors privacy! Neighbors have been instructed to notify us of any disorderly conduct or excessive noise. Additional fee`s will be incurred if are in violation if this.
