“Our original booking with Avi was removed due to damage from the last renters. Avi provided a replacement rental near the original location. This apartment was in a rundown undesirable location and was unacceptable. We were greeted by rapid fire gunshots in the distance. Unit was not clean, bedding was stained, spider nest in living room corner, filthy oven, animal chewed holes in deck walls, but worst of all was the toxic odor that resulted in extreme headaches within 5 minutes of being inside,……

“PAC-MAN arcade system was great and unexpected. That was fun. Place was clean, but, be sure to check the dishes before using. Parking was free! Pet fee was acceptable except I couldn’t get that quoted before booking or pay for it through Expedia where I booked. Paying a third party through their email for the pet fee was very sketch, and I almost cancelled due to the weirdnesses with the apps and poor communication skills and lack of pet guidelines before booking. The pet guidelines request……

“Trying to connect with manager was impossible. There was really no response from emails nor to the answering service. There were two windows that were unsecure. The same windows that I read from a previous review. Did not get much sleep because of unsecure windows. Would not stay at this property again.”
