"The property was nice and great location with parking. When I booked the property in December 2023 it was advertised as a 1 & 1/2 bath but the 1/2 bath was not available when we arrived. I’m assuming it was the locked door that stated owners closet."

"We had a great stay here for our mountain biking trip! It was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They live next door which helped with a couple of things we needed but other than that they gave us privacy. The garage was big and spacious for our vehicle and bikes. The only downside is the well water has an odor to it but the bag of ice and bottled water offset that easily. We will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!"

"We were in town for a relative's baby shower and the apartment was everything we needed: well-decorated, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants. There's a bit of a process to get the key, get parked and get to the unit but understandable considering the layout. Nothing that should deter you from booking. It would have been nice to have some spices in the kitchen so take note if you plan to cook. Overall, great stay and we will definitely book again!"

"Property was impeccably clean. Decorated beautifully with live plants and flowers throughout. Lake was not crowded and felt safe using kayaks. Fire pit for s’mores was fun. Rental is close to Rogers restaurants and cute outdoor mall area. Definitely Recommend. It had everything you needed and more."

Leatherwood Upper Loft fulfilled our desire of staying in the downtown area with walking access to the historic district. Expect traffic noise since the loft is right on the street, but we got used to it. All in all, a very positive experience in Eureka Springs lodging."
