「Great hotel! If it was just me and my husband I have ZERO complaints. We did travel with our dogs and it is a dog friendly hotel. However there are not any dog parks within walking distance or dog areas within the hotel. Nor are there any dog pick up stations with poop bags and disposal anywhere near the hotel. Even if you have your own bags to pick up after your pet, public trash cans seemed very few and far between.」

「Great location—close to just about everything in Fayetteville—and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.
One thing to know: the front desk was often unattended or had a cheerful little “be back soon” sign. It seems the same team members are checking guests in, running food and tending the bar, so they’re clearly keeping busy.
The rooms are very small but cleverly designed and well appointed. Marriott clearly got creative with the square footage.

「Room was clean but smelled slightly of smoke, guessing it was from previous guests that were smokers. Front desk check in wasn’t the greatest. She didn’t explain anything so I had to ask questions just to find general things out which should not be necessary. Room and property is nice and location is great. Amenities are excellent. All of the other staff we’ve encountered has been very good. 」
