"This is a delightful place to stay. It is a very comfortable and cozy house to stay at. The beds and pillows were excellent, the heating/cooling unit worked well, and it was a very well stocked kitchen. It is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a very walkable neighborhood. The best part might be having Sweet Life Patisserie just a block down the alley. "

"If you like unusual properties, this is the place for you. Kind of like “glamping”, the host anticipates your every need and provides all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting, indoors and out. The bedroom is a beautiful yurt with all kinds of hidden perks. The bathroom is in the main building that is accessed across a lush garden, complete with a quiet stream and a fragrant rose bush. It is an authentic Eugene experience."

"I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!"

"The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and is close to downtown. Supermarket is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants. The furniture is well set up and the kitchen is well equipped. We played board games that are available to guests. Definitely will come back again!"

"We enjoyed the comfortable home. We needed a place to stay while visiting family to celebrate mom’s 90th. We spent most our time away from the home. Although when there it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard was lovely. We will definitely stay here again."

"The inside was very nice and cozy. We booked this place because we thought we would be able to sit outside. I know it rained Sunday we arrived on Friday and was not able to enjoy the outside because all the cushions had not been cleaned. Over all it was a nice stay."
