「The hotel was opened 3 months ago. The rooms were nice but the design was strange .Microwave and refrigerator were way too low. If you did not move in the room, the A/C shut off. Breakfast was ok, not great. Staff, especially the repair engineer was great. Two elevators, but one shut down for half a day. Location of hotel was good, entrance to parking lot was a little strange.」

「Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama.」

「We stay every year. We travel from North Carolina to Alabama or a family function. The manager Lisa knows us very well and the service never changes. Will recommend any family to stay at. The staff is always willing to help and the room are always clean and comfortable.」

「Great place, very clean and the view was beautiful. Only downside was they only had 3 handicap spots and the paid parking was a very long walk. They had valet but we like to do it ourselves. They didn’t have enough bag carts and wanted to put you on a waiting list to get one. Also, only had elevators at one end of the resort and it was a very long walk to the gulf view rooms.」

「Great cleanliness and mattresses are very comfortable. I have 4 dislocated discs in my back and neck and this is the most comfortable bed I had in a while.」
