“The property from outside & inside is Very used. It is typical of that Ownership groups, cut corners to save money. Our room carpet was filthy we didn't realize till we took a white washcloth w water & bottoms of feet turned black I think from workers Boots & help not vacuuming or carpet shampoo. The breakfast was Minimal typical again of Owner type. Expedia needs to audit all Hotels & reject some...”

“Our stay would have been nice. We stopped over to get done rest before we get to Destin,FL. HOWEVER, we are very frustrated that we have to go down 3 times!!! A couple of them in the middle of the night because of the FIRE ALARM going off. The sad part too is there was not even a slight of an apology from the staff or any form of concern of the guests being inconvenient.”

“I had requested a top floor & hardly any guests staying there, the lady at the front desk refused to let us have the top floor, what I noticed she was putting everyone on the first floor. The breakfast was mediocre, sausage tasted terrible, hard boiled eggs were gray inside when I cut them open, so didn’t eat much of a breakfast. Our room was pretty much clean. Parking was good.”

“Super friendly staff. Never needed to ask for anything. My room was super clean. Breakfast was good. My air conditioner worked great. We would leave for lunch and all the linen was changed along with fresh towels. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay.”

“Free Parking was not free as the website promoted it was. We were told, by the front desk, that the website advertising was wrong. Someone needs to correct the Adams hotel amenities section. The hotel also mistakenly canceled our second day of reservations and called it a glitch in the system. We were required to have new keys made for our room after that mistake was made. We’ve never had this much of an inconvenience in a hotel stay before. Too many other things to write about on this……
