「The front desk staff was very accommodating to my needs as I had to check in early. They all are very courteous and welcoming. I am very happy that I found this hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is wonderful and includes a variety of foods. They even have the late night snacks and beverages that make you feel like you are at your own house. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites.」

「Stayed a Thursday and Friday night for a medical procedure at Allegheny General Hospital on Friday so didn’t roam around very much. Very close to the I279 exit and the hospital. Very clean and quiet in our 3rd floor room. A lot of staff was visible but never in the way. Very professional. Obviously a very old historic building but very well preserved and maintained. Nice atmosphere. 」

「Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!」
