There was no Kleenex and only mirror in the unit was in the washroom. When we arrived there was a used glass on the table and used dish sponge in the sink. Stocked with cutlery, cookware, and dishes toaster, coffee maker and pods, and lots of nice touches, like a few snacks in the fridge and a bottle of chilled water.
