"This was a perfect family reunion location for 4 siblings with families and 2 medium size dogs. We so appreciate the use of the garage, especially for the older people with mobility issues. "I would like to commend the front desk agent. I checked in on Sunday October 26th around 5pm. During the drive we found out our daughter who is a student at UCSC wanted to sleep in a real bed. So I was checking in my wife thought it would be funny to interrupt the agent when she said king bed. At that moment my wife says very loudly CHANGE to TWO beds and side eyed me. Agent casually looked at me and without missing a beat started searching for an available room with two beds. Awkward as it was she did an amazing job getting us a great room with a balcony high up viewing the beach. Even gave perfect directions to it. Room was clean quiet and perfectly set up even with a tissue rose in the tissue box. Everyone far exceeded expectations. Thank you to all involved. "
