“Nice and clean place to stay”

“This is my second time staying here, and I’m really happy I made the right choice again. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the super handsome staff who helped carry my luggage upstairs during the power outage on the day I checked in, and to the lovely lady stuff who helped me call a taxi to airport when I left the hotel at 6 PM on November 18. My stay was wonderful once again! I’ll definitely recommend Sleep Inn to my colleagues when they travel to Düsseldorf for……

“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Sehr sauber, frisch renoviert, sehr freundliches Personal, kostenlose Parkplätze und ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit regionalen und hausgemachten Produkten. Dazu kommt, dass man sogar die Möglichkeit hat, Snacks und Getränke zu kaufen. Wir waren sehr froh dieses Herzstück gefunden zu haben und buchen es definitiv wieder. ”
