"Pool was good and overall stay was also good. Only thing I was bothered that I have booked online and the price shown in while booking was some price including taxes but the hotel denied to take the amount and charged a higher amount- for 1 night.
I have celebrated my wife's birthday and paid a good amount for food aswell but the room charges they took was not according to the price of your website."

"Not a good experience. Very untrained staff who lacks basics of hotel management. Lot of shouting, jumping and other noises coming in the room. It was staff members who were doing all that. Very poor room service, you need to call multiple times to get single thing. Also, they make a lot of mistakes in preparing bills as well. "
