“The house is beautiful and as described, but make sure you read the fine print about the status of the lake. Our fisherman son quickly discovered the fishing pond was actually a reference to the lake, which was dry. It felt very corporate and when I asked about why their were no window coverings or blinds in the bedrooms for privacy, I was told they didn't want to hide the mountain view (bedrooms were facing trees, not mountains).
