This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes' walk to Mullet Bay beach which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef-protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. About a 5 minutes drive to one of the most photographed beaches in the world, Maho Beach also known as Kerosene Beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the French side capital, Marigot, and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Very nice appartment

As a whole, the appartement is very nice and clean, location is very well placed, walking distance from Mullet bay. The only thing i would recommend however, is to install black out blinds in the bedroom since we're late sleepers, and the sun would wake us up every morning at 6h30.
