Excellent location, apartment, and common areas loved the swimming pool area. Staff is very responsive to requests. It would be nice to have more trash bags and toilet paper in the unit, as well as a sponge for the sink.

Great Location and view. Walkable to Mullet Bay beach and short less than 5 min drive to bars and restaurants in Maho. Will definitely need a car and there are not many food options besides breakfast. They are working on having a full bar, but now it is cash only. Family friendly location. Better food options

Great stay!

Great location and beautiful view from the unit. There was no mattress cover on the bed. The sheet was put directly on top of the mattress. There should definitely be a mattress cover for sanitary reasons.

The hotel is beautiful I stayed in two different rooms and hands down the studio was every bit of perfect, the view was everything. The one bedroom was also very nice. And the gym was everything I love the property. And the staff were so responsive to our needs. I’d stay here again Cleaning behind each visitor. Still hair on the floor and dishes need better cleaning.

The service was phenomenal. Location is top tier next to beach with secured entrance. Love the property. Cleanliness. The unit was not clean. I swept up many eyelashes, which I do not wear. The bathroom had an odor as well.

Great location, private secured parking lot, security, friendly staff, modernized resort Upon arrival day 1 we noticed freezer door in our refrigerator was frozen shut. We notified the front desk personal immediately but no one checked in on it/communicated with us.

Great stay relaxing and fun

I loved the location, how close it was to everything including the Simpson bay trip, mullet bay beach. We hired a car and found it easy to move around the island for excursions and exploring. There was always enough parking. Security at gates and the lift card system made us feel even more secure at the property. . The cleanliness can be improved, there were hairs in my room and you could tell it wasn’t 100% clean, the items offered as part of the room can be improved. The shower - whenever showering you either need to have it really low to shower or you end up having to mop up after yourself such time. Not ideal:

BROKEN toilet... But THEN

Much to my surprise, upon opening the unit door, maintenance staff were changing the toilet. The next morning the unit was flooded including out to the hallway almost reaching the elevators. I spoke promptly to the front desk who went above and BEYOND and had me relocate to another unit, plus was upgraded. Truly fantastic property, would Highly recommend and will be staying again.
