The property looks onto the golf course and Maho Beach and a great view of ocean sunsets from Cupecoy Beach. We had a 3 bedroom unit which was very large and had 4 bedrooms. It was the perfect space but just needed a little TLC which is why I didn’t provide an Excellent review. The local staff and the property manager made great efforts to improve any issues we had so that was much appreciated! I would stay there again with my Family.

I’ll start with the pros: The property manager was delightful. The apartment is HUGE, modern, tall ceilings, nice balcony with a view of mullet bay in the near distance. Sleeps 6 comfortably in bedrooms and 4 more on couches. (We were less than 6 people) Washer and dryer inside the unit. Gated security. The AC works incredibly well. Cons: There are a big flight of stairs outside which I wish I knew about before. Elevator is not working. I would not recommend for older seniors as it’s steep and slippery when wet. There is some things that needed some cleaning/updating. I mentioned it to the manager and she sent maintenance right away. I wish it had an oceanfront view-unfortunately none of the 3 units are ocean front. You do see them in the near distance though. The apartment is used as a rental along side the one next door and penthouse above. All owned by the same person. The penthouse upstairs has a nicer view but honestly you’re never in there long enough to matter.

This was a once-in-lifetime family vacation with family traveling from 2 states. The ocean side deck was next to club's sewage processing causing odor at times. While we did get a few lighbulbs, many lamps with no light bulbs, some lamps had French plug-in, not matching electrical receptacles making them unuseable. 1 bedroom toilet was jerey-rigged requiring pulling a cord from hole in wall to flush. Very poor pre-check-in communication - after repeated attempts, needed to get Expedia involved to get response with check-in coordinator. Listing stated we were to be greeted by check-in coordinator inc. welcome drink - never met/saw her during entire stay. Elevator broke, making it difficult/dangerous to get luggage up steep and narrow, outdoor stairway. While we figured it out, no instructions on operating electric blinds remote. Mid stay, construction began on property roadway on ocean side of our unit made it impossible to enjoy the large deck. On the positive, entry guards very friendly. Spacious 3BR unit, great AC, pool and Sint Maarten location and beach.

***BEWARE*** The location was great & close to Mullet beach. The condo needs a deep clean & many repairs. If you walked barefoot in the condo, your feet would be black from the dirt & grime. We had to take a bacteria wipe and wipe down switches & door frames as they were filthy. The host was bad at replying to our texts. We advised ony 1 of 4 TV's worked... no answer. We text asking where to leave key upon check out... no answer. BUT the biggest complaint we had was when a man used a key to get into our condo We watched him enter without knocking, as we were in the pool & saw him enter. I ran up the stairs & caught him. I asked him what he was doing & he gave me a few different stories as to why he was there & also said him & his family owned the condo. Turns out he was a friend of the owners son & convinced security to give him a key. SCARY!! We felt unsafe, violated, & confused. We immediately went to security & also called our host. The host came over right away & apologized, but had no answers as to how & why he was able to get in. We continued to message the host, as they were going to contact the owner to see what happened. I continued to text the host to get answers & little to no response. Their only job is to manage the property & they were an epic fail. Too many other things to list that were negative about the condo. ***BEWARE***
