Gaze upon endless panoramic ocean views from this condo located on the western tip of Saint Martin’s Dutch side. Work on your vacation tan from one of the sun loungers.

The interior’s simple color palette contrasts with wood tones and another element to remind guests of the beauties beyond.

Start your day with a round of golf at Mullet Bay, an incredibly scenic course that follows the outline of the Dutch-side bay. If you’re in the mood for some duty-free shopping, Marigot, Grand Case, and Philipsburg are all packed with high-end fashion houses. All three cities have vibrant nightlife scenes as well, and the airport is only few miles away.

You can drive 10-minutes to the french capital Marigot for a wide selection of restaurants and boutiques.

The Condo was not clean and kitchen accommodation seemed run done , utensils were not clean and pots were all scratched up and needed heavy wash for re use .Also , floors were extremely dirty to the extent that we had to change our white socks every day .Alls main toilet was clogged and we did not use it . Nice unit but it needed major clean up .

No one welcomed us. The apartment is quite lovely and the sea view exceptional. Tracey came quickly when we could not get the dishwasher working. It never did work properly. Needs fixing or replacing. The air conditioner was working to the point of freezing but the thermostats were black. They were fixed but we couldn’t get the temperature to a proper level.. it was quite cold.We would like to suggest that the host prepare a list of how things work.
