「Clean room and property nice staff close to lots of food」

「Room was clean , bed was comfortable. The pillows were not. I would recommend bringing your own….. **the only thing I noticed and the people I was with noticed too. There was a very weird smell to the room. A very strong order. This was our second time staying at this motel and first time had the same smell. ***」

「I booked for three nights instead of two. When I arrived on Friday they had given away my rooms since I did not arrive on Thursday versus Friday. I PAID in full. I did this so I could arrive any time on Friday since I had an early flight and did not want to wait til 3pm on Friday to check in. They did NOT call me to see if I was still coming and it sounded really shady at the front desk because it sounded like me rooms were given to friends or family of the front desk. No refund was offered and...

「The property was ok, and the staff tried to be helpful. The problem was that, after we checked in, we were told that they had no key machine, which meant that we were not given a room key. Every time we left the room, we had to ask someone at the front desk to go up to the room to let us back in.
