"Cottage is just as described . I had a very comfortable stay at the cottage . Very quiet cute neighborhood. Relaxed at the home and did some trail hiking close by. Checked out local shops in town and bars for music . I was here when ice was still on the lakes but this would be a great summer place to stay for the lake activities I’m sure . I would recommend to reserve for the full weekend stay including all day Sunday so you are not in a rush to leave early Sunday checkout . Enjoyed my stay...

"Lake Latoya is a wonderful lake. So clean. We enjoyed using the large yard to run energy out of our 3 year old grand daughter. Cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen for utensils. As stated in the description you need to bring all of you kitchen groceries, all the way down to salt and pepper. 😁 Would go back again in a heart beat! The house is right on the lake, so the views were amazing from all three decks! We did notify the owners that the two twin beds on the top floor needed new mattresses, so hopefully that will be addressed. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"We surprise our kids every Christmas with a cabin trip in the summer. This cabin was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we could possibly need while we stayed there. There were so many fun areas for our entire family to enjoy…relaxing and eating out on the huge deck, every evening we enjoyed the bonfire area, our granddaughters loved the kid playhouse, everyone loved the sandy beach area, lots of floaties, paddle board, paddle boat, and kayaks. "Summary: Great property, owner easy to work with, great location. Group of 3 adults and a 5yo - stayed for a week, highly recommend! This sweet little lake cabin has spectacular views of Osakis Lake from the porch/back room. The foot print may be small, but they've made the most of the space and the layout is great for a small family or group. Just a few steps down to the dock and convenient to public beach access just up the street. The other direction up the street is a fantastic playground...
