We did not stay. I have tried to cancel this reservation well in advance by phone and email. We were unable to travel due to medical issues. I was charged $90.85 for this stay that I refuse to pay. This has not been a positive experience between Best Western and Expedia. l.

It was disgusting, stains everywhere, the third floor hallways smell like baby poop. The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom had mold all over it. Stairwells had vomit in it and elevator was broke. Towels were missing from our room. A very poor experience overall, with an increased rate because the concert was in town.

The front desk staff is definitely the best thing about this hotel. The front area was very clean. But the elevators were dirty, one of them did not work at all. I had an infestation of ants in my bathroom that was not addressed after asking for someone to clean them up. There was mold in the tub basin. The ants were coming from cracks within the tub basin area. Light fixtures were missing with wires exposed. Mold all over the ceiling, the toilet seat was at least 15 years old. The size of the room was very nice. However, the carpet also smelled moldy. The air-conditioning did not work the first night until six the next morning. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and did not get it until the next day. These things should’ve already been provided at check-in. While I typically like best westerns, I will not be returning to this location.

The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in. The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it. The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop. The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating.

This property is very outdated and we were disappointed by overall cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and shared spaces. Our patio was covered in bird poop and unusable. The room is very outdated. Not typical of best westerns we have stayed at in the past.

The room was very spacious. The coffee was strong. I just wish they offered coffee in the afternoons to their guests. We did not find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful, and even though it has, a kitchenette, there was not a single utensil mug pan,or plates to be able to use the kitchen.

It was so unacceptable that within an hour we checked in & out of the hotel. Room dirty, bed matress look like it was 10 yrs old or older even with a bedspread. The condition of facility was very poor.

The property was old but clean. In our room, our bathroom door was hard to close. At breakfast, the biscuits were burnt and the gravy was cold. We also heard two maids arguing right outside our door. We will not stay there again.

When I checked the staff was welcoming. The parking was safe. The room was fairly larger than expected. It smelled clean. However the simple things that popped out that needed a lot of attention was the tub cleanliness, the shower curtain smelled like dirty wet rag, many lights did not work in my room. During the day around the afternoon I also notice in the staff kitchen area where they prepare the continental breakfast, there were hashbrowns (in their packaging still) layed out on a rolling cart just sitting there for a good while… mind you this was in the afternoon.
