Great property for families

The property was very comfortable and provided great amenities to entertain the whole family. It was nice to be able to invite people over for a small family reunion while the kids were entertained. The host was very responsive when there was a concern. I appreciated his hospitality.

We were hosting a larger group for my daughter's graduation from Texas Tech. The house is well set up for groups. Perfectly clean. Pool instructions are very clear. Evan was a great host. I would absolutely use this house again.

Perfect!

The place was perfect for family and friends to celebrate my daughter and nephew’s graduation from Texas Tech! It comfortably fit a large number of people without feeling crowded.The hosts, Evan and Cele, were always quick to respond with any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying at the house! Wonderful time at the Experience!

If you are looking for a place that is set up for a good time and a chance to make a ton of memories, book it now. Evan was so great at communication and opened his doors and his heart to whatever we wanted to do during our visit there. We were there for a baseball tournament and we could even have our whole team there for a fun night! The beds were super comfortable, they have great taste, they have TVs in each room for music or to put on a game. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and were essential since we were there in July! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
