Große Wohnung mit Allem, was man braucht! Wir haben mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern in dieser Wohnung eine Nacht verbracht und können nur Positives berichten. Die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern waren super bequem, es gab Handseife, Spülmittel usw und sogar Kaffepads!!! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es (da kann aber der Anbieter nichts für): Mitten in der Nacht wurde zweimal geklingelt. Beide Kinder wurden dadurch natürlich wach...

Terribly noisy

Apartment is clean, localisation is fine and commodities are ok. However it is incredibly noisy, we hear everything from one apartment to the other. We could not sleep 2 nights in a row, since a lot of students are living in the building it is a nightmare !! Party all night, my kids did not sleep at all and our weekend was difficult because of this...

Perfect place in Lucerne

A one night stay in Lucerne for a family of four. This apartment was perfect. Tons of space and an absolutely great location. It was just blocks from all the major sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Boa opção para famílias

Boa opção para famílias. Próximo de todos os pontos turísticos. Bem equipado. Apenas acrescentaria mais toalhas dado não haver local proprio para secagem das toalhas. Deram sempre resposta às questões colocadas, apesar de algumas horas de atraso. Ficamos no piso 4 e tivemos barulho no andar de cima durante a noite. Check out pelas 10h. Aceitavel pelo preço.

great location, clean, great for kids with 2 rooms

The location is awesome! 2 blocks from the lake. It was so nice to have a kitchen for cooking food, especially for the kids. The apartment we were in was very warm for January so pack your lighter sleepwear. There is no tv but we knew that when we booked. There is not parking at the apartment but it was easy to find. If we make it back to Lucerne we will stay here.

The property was about 15 mins wall from Lucerne station and was easy to find. Self check in/ out was easy and the customer service was good. The apartment was very clean and spacious for a party of 4. Only con was that the apartment was dimly lit and didn’t have enough lights. Other than that the apartment was great.

If not because of check-in I would repeat

Check-in was difficult. They told us somebody would wait at the entrance but nobody appeared. After 23 minutes waiting I had to switch on internet which I didn't want as I had not roaming. They had sent me a message two hours earlier saying I should pay taxes before sending me instructions to get in ( the only thing left to pay), which I don't think it is polite. I told them I would do once inside. Sent me the instructions then. They have already apologised. Having said that, the apartment is nice, fully and well equiped and very well located.

Die Lage ist zentral und von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten nur zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für die Schweiz ist das Preisniveau Top. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und die weitere Kommunikation einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist zwar in einem sehr guten Zustand aber nicht genug isoliert. Der Nachbar von oben hat die ganze Zeit Nachts in seiner Wohnung gebohrt und das war gefüllt wie in unserer. LG, Familie aus München.

C est un magnifique appartement à 2 pas de la vieille ville. Il y a tout le nécessaire possible. Même des capsules à café et des sachets de thé à disposition. Nous avons été enchantés de ce lieu. Quant au prix sur hôtel.com , plus que résonnante pour une ville comme Lucerne.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Tolle Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geräumiges Appartement mit sehr netter Aufnahme/Einweisung, absolut sauber. Leider ist das Licht in den Zimmern/in der Küche sehr dunkel.
