Had a great stay in a Junior Suite. Beautifully designed, spacious room. All staff was especially nice. Dinner in the restaurant was superb! Hotel is near enough to train station to easily walk but on a quiet side street away from traffic. A great choice.

Superb!
Superb hotel! Really nice, very clean, spacious and near train station. Staffs are so nice as well. Thumbs up to this hotel. Good for family. Big bed and big rooms! Love it!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!
UNBELIEVABLY friendly staff that went above and beyond from the minute we checked in. It was my birthday and they filled my room with balloons and a personal note from staff. The rooms were pristine and spacious. HIGHLY recommend this place!

The property is next to the train station, but is very quiet! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Great shower and bathroom with plenty of room for two. We were able to walk from here to everything we wanted to see, and there are great “local” restaurants nearby if you want to avoid the tourist traps along the river. Great breakfast!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, where the staff's friendliness truly stood out. I booked the design double room, which boasted a stunning design that added to the overall aesthetic. Most importantly, the queen-size bed was exceptionally comfortable and pleasantly devoid of any creaking noises. I recall stumbling upon a review that raised concerns about this aspect, momentarily causing me to contemplate booking an alternative hotel. Thankfully, I chose to stick with this hotel, and I'm delighted to say that it exceeded my expectations. When I'm in Luzern next time, I will definitely make a return to this hotel. The experience was truly top-notch.

Nice hotel.Great location.Avoid Queen size beds
We reserved a Design Double room, which in Switzerland usually means a King size bed. We got a Queen size bed & had the worst night sleep not only on this trip, but the worst in over 15 years of overseas travel. The mattress was too thin for the slat mattress & the bed actually creaked. We asked to change rooms the next morning, to be told by a very unhelpful young man that “all the beds were the same, we probably weren’t use to that sort of bed, the hotel was booked out & we could get more pillows later” . That evening, we waited until he finished his shift & then got Melanie who actually spoke to the Manager Simon. She showed us 3 other rooms which we could choose from( so the hotel was NOT booked out) & helped us move rooms. We got a King size bed that is actually 2 single mattresses on a slat base,which was very comfortable & the norm for Switzerland. The rooms were very nice & our 2nd room had a lovely small balcony & there is a quaint roof top area where you can take your drinks. The hotel is in a great central location across from the main train station, but not too noisy. Thank you to Melonie for her excellent customer service & for listening to our concerns. However, the young man perhaps needs some feedback, regarding how to handle customer concerns, so they don’t become a complaint.

Excellent location. Right across from the train/bus station. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions and 8 minutes to a laundromat. Bar and restaurants everywhere including several American fast food spots. Tour meeting locations also only 2-3minute walk. Clean spacious rooms-nothing crazy but definitely a great place to call home for a day or two. Enjoy Lucerne!!!

Very nice, convenient location to museums, the river/old town, and the bus/train station. Room was updated and modern, with great storage space (it was a Jr. Suite). Plenty of bath room space. Hand soap dispenser a little far from the sink. Very comfortable bed. No decoration of any sort on the walls. A/C struggled, and room never really got cool enough. It was more than 30C outside daily. Not uncomfortable, but not as cool as could be. No auto setting so fan just ran continuously. Hotel lobby and restaurant spaces also very warm, as well. Breakfast was very good, with all sorts of selections. Potatoes were terrible (c'mon: you have a chef.) Also, your bacon was undercooked and soggy. Crisp, thoroughly cooked would be better. One sticking point: Upon check-in, the room was not ready, so they held our luggage in a ballroom with other guest's bags. They were not secure, and just about anyone could walk in and wheel your bag out :-(

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very well located, close to train station if you’re traveling via train to other cities. Only issue was we had was our bed was very squeaky and the walls were thin. I could hear the people in the next room (which happened to be my kids) which we told to quiet down. 😂. But honestly, the kids weren’t that loud. Overall, good experience.

Continental Park seemed like a 3-star hotel from every aspect. The rooms, amenities, customer service, and breakfast quality were all mediocre. It is too over-priced and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We loved the yummy breakfast with a huge assortment of fruit, eggs, cheese, breads & meat! No lunch needed!!! The hotel was modern with all the luxuries of a fine upscale hotel... Yet you felt that it was still quaint like Lucerne. The location was a hop, skip & jump from the train station. The Staff was super helpful... We will stay there again!!! GAM on the go!!!

This is the perfect place to stay! It is right across the street from the train station. Very centrally located and within walking distant to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the staff exceptional. Also enjoyed the excellent breakfast each day.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Continental Park. The location was near the train station, and a very easy walk to the old town. Our room was plenty large - we appreciated that it looked in to a courtyard. The hotel’s staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had all the standard fare. We did have dinner in the restaurant on our first night - tasty and very generous portions!

Unfortunately the room did not have heat and it was very cold and I ended up getting a sore throat! Not a good start to my first trip to Switzerland! And the room was dusty.
