Great Stay at The Lubo! I really enjoyed my stay at The Lubo in Lucerne. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the surrounding attractions. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the check-in process was simple and convenient. Everything was straightforward, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend The Lubo to anyone visiting Lucerne and would happily stay here again!

The Ludo is very central within old town Lucerne. The room was a good size with the bunk beds providing enough space for adult children to crawl into. The best bit was having a laundry room onsite after 10 days travelling. A lovely lady would help you and you could also grab a coffee. A great addition!

After a few days, the 3 stars remain. I’ll start with the positives: great location, and large room with a kitchen. Nevertheless, not having anyone to help as you would in a normal hotel is not acceptable if you are paying hotel rates. I don’t want to ask the guy behind the bar for help, and although the housekeeping staff was friendly, they are not easy to find.

The property was amazing. Perfect location, close to a little grocery store too. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was large and well appointed. I was very nervous about the check in procedure. I reached out via chat and email and everything was perfect. The response time was excellent and the check in was a breeze. The AC was very welcome as it was a hot 2 days in Lucerne! I would 100% stay here again and I would recommend to friends as well!

We had a wonderful stay at LUBO Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made our stay even more enjoyable during the warm weather. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. One of the best things about this hotel is its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the Old Town, with restaurants, shops, and major attractions all within easy walking distance. Overall, LUBO Hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Lubo is located close to many shops and restaurants. The property was clean and they were very responsive whenever I sent a message via Expedia. My only complaint is about the lighting. The rooms seem to be kind of dark, not enough lighting specifically in the bathroom. We could not open the blackout curtains either since our window was facing an office building.

The location was perfect and very central. Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was really nice to have. My son enjoyed having the fold-out sofa for his own bed. The different levels (even on the same floor) and many stairs are not the easiest to navigate with luggage. And the self check-in and mandatory check-out was also fairly confusing. But the cafe staff were as helpful as they could be. The laundry room was also a nice addition since we were well into our trip here and needed that service. Just know it takes a LONG time to wash and dry with these machines - like several hours.

The room we booked said it could sleep 4, but it was a very small room even for us as 2 normal-sized adults. The foot of the 2 twin beds was about 20" from the wall where a TV was also mounted. The other 2 loft beds would only be accessible to children or young teens. The room had a table with 4 chairs, but only room to use 2 chairs. There was a kettle and glasses, tea and coffee were available in the laundry room. The laundry machines were accessed via an app. The cafe downstairs was open for breakfast (not included) at 7am, and served lunch later, other beverages and aperols/drinks available. The staff there was very helpful. They also offered to bring our take-away dinner items upstairs to our room. There is an elevator around the corner but there are still some interior steps. There were other spaces listed, like a yoga room, but we didn't check it out.

We booked two rooms because we are a family 5 traveling. We absolutely loved the location and the rooms were very, very clean!!! We were in room 106 and it was perfect with a tiny kitchen area. Our kids were in 303. The only trouble we had was checking in (but resolved quickly) and the kids’ room was not cooling properly. Overall it’s a terrific place! Loved, loved the little restaurant/coffee bar. The breakfast and coffee were delicious!! Very nice people and we will be back!
