「We were unable to access the property because the door knob was locked and the deadbolt was the code to get in. It unlocked deadbolt but not doorknob. We did not have internet service to call the Property Manager and it was very late at night and everything was closed in town. We drove home!」

「We were the first guests to reserve this property. The hosts were very responsive answering our questions and understanding our concerns. Several amenities mentioned in the ad we're missing. TV, coffee, plates, mugs, cups, bowls, trash receptacles. The drop down vet was a little low making it difficult to sit at the table. We were unable to lock the door when we left and also advised the hosts of this and am confident they will take care of that as well.There were many ways to prepare food but...
