“This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. ”

“The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available.”

The house is relatively new construction and is very comfortable with all of the modern conveniences including a spacious well-appointed kitchen. The style of the house and its location create the sense of cottage in the country, which was perfect for us. “Such a lovely place. Very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the grounds and felt like we had wandered into a botanic garden. The hosts were lovely and friendly and them treats they left were just right. The place is small but we could use the porch for sitting as well. Kitchen not for cooking but just right for coffee and snacks”
