  • This Chalet provides a nice cozy environment that makes you feel right at home. The home is located walking distance to Lake Pauline and Lake Rescue, it is only 5 minutes from Okemo Mountain, Jackson Gore Adventure Resort, Fox Run Golf Course and downtown shops and restaurants. The home is located in a private wooded area with a large deck and also has a screened in porch. Killington Mountain is located just 25 minutes from the home and if you love to Mountain Bike, check out the Evolution Bike Park at the Okemo Resort. Wood stove available for those extra cold nights and plenty of cozy blankets.

    The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
    The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is perfectly furnished with hardwood floors and dressers. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, the bedrooms are perfectly furnished and plenty of space for all your belongings. The downstairs bathroom has a stand up shower and the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.
    All closets are equipped with velvet hangers.
    Laundry room is located in the first-floor bathroom. Enjoy the screened in porch with globe lights for a relaxing evening. There is no air conditioner in the cabin however fans are available to cool off if needed.

    Wildlife such as deer come visit the property quite often and are usually seen in the morning time from the large slider doors off the living room or the deck, so enjoy a cup of Joe and the scenery.

    In the Spring and Summer bring your boat, kayaks or canoes to enjoy the 2 lakes, just a 5-7 minute walk from the home. Lake Pauline is Kayak and Canoe friendly and Lake Rescue is boat friendly so bring your family down during Spring and Summer and enjoy some fishing, boating and some Summer adventures. Camp Plymouth State Park is less than 10 minutes from the home. Take a drive down to the Camp Plymouth State Park and spend the day on their beautiful grounds, enjoying the lake, grilling or go hiking across the street. Enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities while you visit our Cozy Chalet.

This was our second stay. Dorota is very responsive and a wonderful host. The short walk through the woods (less than 5 minutes) to the Lake is well maintained, and adds to the Vermont experience. The Lake is clear and a wonderful place to kayak, SUP or swim. Our preteens loved the bunk beds, and the house is well stocked with games! Add in pet friendly and it’s a terrific family spot.

Ski Weekend

Travelled up to Ludlow with friends to ski Okemo for the weekend. The cabin had every amenity we could ask for, and being so close to the mountain was an added bonus. The listing was very accurate and the owners are super nice and answered any and every question we had.
