Convenient Condo

Perfect location for walking to restaurants/bars. Less than 5 minutes to Okemo parking lot for skiing. Very happy with our stay.

Perfect place

Great apartment for 2 couples or small family. Very clean, well stocked, and easily accessible. Close to the mountain and walking distance to all things downtown.

Good location, very dated property

We had a nice stay at the property. The unit is very very dated and not completely accurate to the description. It felt very rundown and the actual property is not in good condition. While we enjoyed the stay we would not recommend it for a family going forward.

No blankets.

It was an arctic plunge outside and inside temperature dropped to 60 degrees. Only thin blankets on beds resulted in shivering and sleeping in winter jackets. The property was fine, but I expect more (real blankets on beds) when paying over $600 a night.

Great Location and Well-Stocked

This riverfront condo was awesome! Only a mile from Okemo skiing and the sound of the river right outside of the door! It is right in the heart of town with shops, hardware store, gas station & restaurants just steps away. It was clean, spacious and toasty warm in the cold weather of December. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked it was with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils and even dish soap and some cooking spices. The only drawback was that the washer & dryer were not located in the condo. They were just down the hall and required quarters to pay for each load, but it we were able to get quarters at the bank across the street. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Fall getaway!

Great condo! Great location, near shops and downtown, close to Okemo. Condo itself is updated, clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and kitchen is stocked well enough to actually cook a meal.

Great loccation!

It is such a beautiful condo in a perfect spot in Ludlow. Beautifully appointed and Central to everything in town, we enjoyed some local food and entertainment. Plus e had access to all the great things the area had to offer that weekend. Such FUN! Will DEFINITELY return :)

Great location, charming space

The space was lovely--the river in back is wonderful, as is the proximity to Okemo. It's a simple walk out to the restaurants & bars in the little village of Ludlow, which was delightful. The beds left something to be desired, as did the pillows--not something I would gripe about usually, but for $300/night it seems to me that decent pillows are in order (if not comfortable mattresses). There were a few broken items in the condo--a lamp, a wall plug, a terrifically sticky pull-out sofabed with...You guessed it!...a thin mattress--but as long as none of that matters & all you're looking for is a cozy spot close by the mountain, then this is the place for you. Oh, & there was a chocolate birthday cake left behind by the previous renters (I assume) along with a kid's drawing. Otherwise, the place was spotless, which was nice.

Parking was listed as two spots. However there was absolutely no parking available. Having to walk with a ton of ski gear across an icy street was insane. Apartment wasn't very clean and there weren't extra towels for the additional guests on the couch. Honestly wasn't worth the price.
