Fraudulent listing

The management company took my money, confirmed the reservation with me twice, sent check in instructions the morning of the date we were to check in, and upon arrival I was told they were not taking guests. I had to find a hotel room and they are now refusing to refund me, instead offering a credit to be used in the next 12 months, “subject to availability.” DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT or do any business where RedAwning is the property manager.

You don’t get what you purchased

I booked this place online at a very high premium price. I called the renting agency red awning confirming everything is all set because web site had a review from 2 years ago indicating "this is a fraud, you don’t get what you purchased". Of course this review was concerning and I wanted to make sure that is not happening to us. Sure enough exact same thing happened to us! They didn’t do check in until 5pm saying it has to be cleaned. When my husband went to reception at 5pm to check in and get the keys, instead of a house, he was given a suite hotel room with no explanation, apology or price adjustment. At that hour of the evening, we had no other choice. When I complained to manager next day, she claimed that they are respectable establishment and not a fraud and will get back to me on if they can do any refund. Next day she said the best they can do is to give me 50% refund. It sounds a lot but they forced me to pay very generous per night rate to their hotel room. I don’t think that is the going rate of the hotel room. Plus if I wanted to stay in a hotel, that wouldn’t be my choice. So fraud or not but same thing happened to us as the previous reviewer. I would not trust them and book this place again!
