This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. 「Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed. I arrived after the office had closed and the instructions on how to get my keys were easy to follow and I had no problems accessing my room. I checked out before the office had opened, but again the process to drop off the keys was easy. The room was tidy. I enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap for the shower.
