Lage, Haus und Gastfreundschaft alles absolut top. Großzügiges und sauberes Ferienhaus in Waldrandlage. Innen großzügig und top ausgestattet und auch außen mit Spielplatz und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir, 5 Erwachsene und ein Hund, haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, und schön ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Als für wenige Minuten der Strom in der Gegend ausfiel, wurden wir sofort mit Licht und einer Flasche Sekt versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus für ein Familientreffen. Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder gut.Das Haus wird über eine Fußbodenheizung geheizt. Bei Ankunft war die Heizung im Haus aus. Erst am nächsten Tag erreichten wir angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. In der unteren Wohnung funktionierte die Heizung nur im Bad.Das hat natürlich unseren gesamten Eindruck etwas beeinflusst.

Der große Wohnraum mit Fußbodenheizung war perfekt für unsere 1-4 jährigen und den Hund. Sehr netter Vermieter, der schnell ein Problem mit der Heizung im Untergeschoss behoben hat.

Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen, Jeder hatte seinen Platz ohne das sonst Übliche umräumen . Das Haus eignet sich wegen seiner Größe perfekt für eine Familienfreizeit mehrerer Generationen. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an fast alles gedacht. Ein Bodenwischer wäre noch ganz schön.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen sind hell und geräumig. Vor allem viel Platz um sich zu treffen, aber auch um sich zurück ziehen zu können. In der Natur gelegen und herrlich ruhig. Viele Möglichkeiten um zu Wandern oder Rad zu fahren.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, Platz für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen. Der Garten mit dem Trampolin war das Tollste für die Kinder. Wir waren bereits das 2. mal im Haus Merlin und wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Alle sind auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Von Mountainbiketouren, Wanderungen, Burgen bis Spielplätze war für alle das passende dabei. Viele Ausflugsziele waren fußläufig erreichbar oder in wenigen Autominuten. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren ins Haus Merlin. Die Lage und die Ausstattung bieten alles was man sich als große Gruppe wünscht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Die von der Gemeinde dieses Jahr neu erhobene Kurtaxe hat uns etwas überrascht, mal sehen, ob das Geld vernünftig investiert und das Freizeitangebot ausgeweitet wird.
