“The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They called us when the person doing the cleaning found an iPad, verified that it was ours and while we were ready to take a cab back, they drove it down to where we were on El Camino. Highly recommended. ”

“The check-in desk was in the restaurant located around the corner from the hotel. The clerk handed me four keys on a ring and walked with me to the hotel. The first key opened the building, the second opened a hallway that had four rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third key unlocked the room I booked and the fourth unlocked my private bathroom. As I entered the bedroom, it had an unpleasant smell and I mentioned this to the clerk who had no comment. Later I reported that the WiFi was……

“La estadía fue muy buena, la atención tambien es muy buena. La ubicación es comoda porq está a 3 calles aproximadamente de la terminal de buses y está casi frente a la muralla. Lo único que tengo para decir es q la ducha del baño es MUY CHICA”
