「Excellent, friendly staff from the cleaners to the friend desk. They beat the Taj and the Ritz Carlton . It is a new property and pretty well done everything. Quality shower bathroom fittings, firm bed, sheets. Excellent tasty breakfast beats the 5star hotels. Every one has a smile on their face when they see you and go above and beyond. Hope they keep up like it is now and we will have an affordable nice hotel across from Lulu mall. 」

「Had high hopes but servicing of the rooms is almost non existent. Asked housekeeping to clean , seems like too much of an effort for them. Breakfast is very average. You can do better at street restaurants nearby. Restaurant staff are nice but need training . Finally, road noise from the MG road outside will bother ALL day and night , can’t sleep. 」

「We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.」

「TJ Vista was a wonderful stay for me for 4 weeks. Kitchen, balcony, AC, generously sized apartment, all in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and staff were super responsive to any issue thst came up. Will certainly be back!」

「Excellent place. Suitable for families also. The only thing is pure vegetarian hotels are not available in the surrounding. Drinking water should be provided in the lodge.」

「The hotel was really well maintained and rooms are spacious. must consider for booking but location is little inside from the main attraction. they don't have in house restaurant but you can order food online. The water bottles were missing in the room. rest everything was best」

「It was on a good location. Accessible by public transport. But no parking space. The cleanliness of the room bas average. Also got a feeling that they won't clean/change the bed after the previous guests are checked out.」

「They said they haven't gotten paid so they did not give me a room. I had to saty at Green Line hotel near the airport The refused to provide me with any accommodations. 」
