Très beau séjour, un accueil particulièrement attentionné. Chambre splendide, immense et très calme. Décoration très soignée. Tout le monde est d’une grande gentillesse. Seul point négatif: le bruit de la route en bas de l’hôtel qui lorsque l’on est à la piscine est désagréable car on entend le bruit des voitures et des camions passer....on ne peut pas se reposer...

Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas malgré notre signalement rien n’a été fait normal me dirait vous c’était un dimanche. Seulement on nous a dit que si cela ne pouvait pas être arrangé on nous changerait de chambre ce qui n’a pas été fait. La seconde nuit fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit nous avons entendu les voitures les motos car l’établissement est en bord de route. Nous avons dîné au restaurant le soir, les plats très bons mai service trop long et même très long pour le peu de table. La piscine en bord de route pas vraiment reposant. Point positif Caroline à la réception très aimable et accueillante.

Fantastic in all respects. Restaurant was huge bonus. Very like the best chef on Corsica. Hiked to d’Occi archeological site in back of property. Stunning view, but trek not for faint at heart!

Séjour enchanteur à Calvi

Accueil parfait, hôtel au design élégant. Tout était très agréable en cette saison (2 à 3 couples maxi autour de la piscine très agréable), hôtel calme (chambre bien insonorisée) avec un personnel disponible et compétent. Petit déjeuner copieux et belle vue sur la baie de Calvi. Seul tout petit bémol, la proximité de la route mais qui offre ainsi l'avantage de permettre de trouver facilement et rapidement l'hôtel et d'accéder à Calvi.

Fabulous hotel, super staff, expensive restaurant.

Fabulous hotel with super staff. Modern, immaculate, spotlessly clean. Well soundproofed and well equipped rooms. Fabulous gourmet restaurant, in the high price range, but the food was well worth it. Certainly far more expensive than would be normal in a four-star hotel, (main courses from approx €34, wine from €28 up to nearly €600, but it is a top quality restaurant) and no cheaper option or ‘cafe menu’ available. Breakfast was excellent. Heated outdoor swimming pool is superb. Only minor criticism is the car parking, up a very rough track at the side of the hotel, and on two rough, unpaved areas outside the perimeter. Not ideal, particularly if wet. Nevertheless I’d highly recommend the hotel, the staff are great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Week-end à Calvi

Suite aux photos vus sur le site de l’hôtel,ainsi qu' aux avis,nous avons séjourné deux jours à l' hôtel. L’hôtel se trouve est collé à la route. De ce fait les chambres qui ont la vu sur Calvi sont très bruyantes. Nous avons entendu les bruits liés à la circulation toute la nuit. Le petit déjeuné ne mérite pas le prix demandé pas (d’œufs brouillés ni bacon). La terrasse est collée à la route.

Romantic Stay

I booked this hotel as a treat for my partners birthday. The hotel was lovely, albeit quite far out from anywhere. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The best part was dinner in the restaurant - fantastic food and great service. Highly recommend booking a table if you are staying here. Unfortunately we didn't get chance to use the pool, but it looked very nice (not great views, though) - and pool bar was shut. Overall a really nice, romantic stay.

Hyggelig, sjarmerende......men.......

Chez Charles er et av de få 4 stjerners hoteller i området. Service er utmerket, rommene er sjarmerende og lukseriøse, bassenget er flott......men..... Det er veldig dyrt å spise der og mye støy fra veien (dog ikke på rommene). I direkte nærområdet kan du ta en hyggelig liten fjelltur men for all annen aktivitet må du kjøre.

Hotel magnifique au cœur de Lumio, vue mer, charme de la corse. Petit bémol pour la situation au bord de la route reliant Calvi à Ile Rousse passagère de jour mais pas gênant pour les chambres vue mer car calme la nuit. Restaurant, brasserie, petit dejeuner, piscine chaude
