The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. “A wonderful Villa. All you need for a two week stay. The communal pool was gorgeous- infinity part over looking the sea. The area felt safe, parking was good. You do need a car to go anywhere and we couldn’t find a taxi service. The area is great as can visit many beaches and towns. Diamante was our favourite. Thank you”

“Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat eine einmalige Lage, ein wundervoller Blick und ist super ruhig, es es sei denn die Nachbarn lassen es krachen. Man sieht dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Besonders im Bad an den Türen, die Fußleisten etc. Es bedurfte doch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, aber man arrangiert sich damit. “Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben.”
