「We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this truly unique property. From the moment we were greeted by our host at the parking garage (who later also assisted with our luggage), to the moment we said goodbye, the customer service and communication was excellent. Special care was taken with our family, and every effort was made to make our visit most memorable – which it was! Our host was knowledgeable about the area, friendly and most helpful. The location of the property was superb...

「Toller Gastgeber. Paolo war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, der Check‑in verlief reibungslos.Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtungen entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war die Küche kaum gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war innen verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht. 「Hôte accueillant et très belle maison à l’extérieur.Cependant, la cuisine pourrait être améliorée : les ustensiles n’étaient pas propres (très gras), il manquait une passoire, un plat au four, un économe... et seulement 4 bols pour le petit-déjeuner.Le nettoyage en général est à améliorer.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Lucia」
